Investment options include:
a. Payment in full at the time of purchase, inclusive of GST.
b. Payment arrangements over instalments, inclusive of GST (available only on some membership services).
Refunds and Returns
Some courses are eligible for refunds under specific terms, provided users show they have completed the course and workbook and did not achieve satisfactory results within specified timeframe of the program. Requests for refunds should be directed to support@jemainefinlay.com.
Neuralflow Sessions and other digital products like ebooks and meditations are non-refundable.
Course Access and Availability
Purchased courses offer lifetime access unless a refund is issued following which access will be suspended immediately. Subscription services such as Innerscape Academy end access upon subscription termination. Access to courses and services are subject to change, and we reserve the right to discontinue any service without prior notice.
After ordering a digital product or service online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. For memberships, you will set up your own personal login details at time of purchase.
If you wish to query a delivery please do so via the email address contained within your order confirmation.
User Accounts and Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password and for all activities under their account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Our services are designed primarily for users aged 20 to 60. Users under the age of 16 must obtain parental or guardian consent.
Consultation Policies and Cancellations
Scheduled sessions for courses offering 1:1 support must be attended as scheduled. Consultations require upfront payment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or "no-shows" may result in the session being forfeited. All 1:1 sessions must be completed within specified periods from the course start date.
User Conduct
Users are expected to use our website and services in a responsible and ethical manner. Prohibited activities include harassment, use of offensive language, or other disruptive behaviors. Violation of these guidelines may result in account termination.
