Jemaine’s work translates across industries because the core issue is universal: internal state shapes how people think, behave, communicate, and lead under pressure.
In education, this supports a deeper understanding of how stress and internal state influence perception, behaviour, emotional regulation, and culture — for both students and staff.
In mining and resources, it aligns with operational language around human factors, decision-making under pressure, situational awareness, and the consistent execution of critical controls in real conditions — reframing safety not just as compliance, but as culture.
In leadership, business, and corporate environments, it speaks directly to performance, communication, resilience, culture, and sustainable results for both the individual and the organisation.
For the individual, it offers a pathway out of self-doubt, self-sabotage, and survival-based living — using self-awareness and practical tools for self-leadership to help people reclaim health, strengthen relationships, and rediscover purpose in life.
Different environments. Same human dynamics.
State drives behaviour. Behaviour drives results.

Safety isn’t just systems and compliance. It’s behaviour.
And behaviour is driven by state. Women today are more educated, ambitious, and capable than ever before. Yet many are quietly exhausted, disconnected from their bodies, and stuck in cycles of over-functioning, self-doubt, and depletion.
Drawing on over a decade of clinical experience in women’s health and behaviour change, Jemaine reframes self-love as a leadership skill — one that directly impacts confidence, boundaries, wellbeing, career longevity, and relationships.
Women's Health Week?
Until 1993, women were excluded from all clinical research, a fact that has had a serious, continual impact on women’s health today. Many young women enter womanhood anticipating inconvenience and discomfort. These girls grow into women who never truly understand their body or their emotions, and are often too embarrassed to ask. The exclusion from medical research until only 30 years ago has left huge gaps in our knowledge of women’s health and wellbeing, while also fueling period shame and disempowering women in many areas of their life, health and fertility.
